On the banks of the Dniester River, in a quiet corner of Vadul lui Vodă, a place with authentic taste was born – Restaurant Delfin. Founded in 1995, Delfin is one of the first restaurants on the beach, and over time has become a beloved spot for both locals and tourists.

We are a family-run business, built with care and passion for Moldovan cuisine. We cook simply, with the flavors of home – just like our mothers and grandmothers used to. Every dish we serve is inspired by honest, warm, home-style cooking.
